私隱政策

1. 我們收集嘅資料

• 你喺 App 內建立嘅內容：除非另有說明，呢啲內容只會儲存喺你嘅裝置上（或你自己嘅 iCloud 帳戶），我們無法存取。
• 你主動提供嘅資料：例如你電郵聯絡我們時提供嘅電郵地址同訊息內容，只會用嚟回覆你。
• 我們不會要求你註冊帳戶，亦不會出售你嘅個人資料。

2. 廣告（Google AdMob）

部分 App 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。AdMob 可能會收集及處理以下資料，用嚟提供、衡量及（如你同意）個人化廣告：

• 裝置識別碼，例如廣告識別碼（IDFA，只會喺你透過 App Tracking Transparency 允許追蹤後先會取得）
• IP 位址及大概位置
• 裝置型號、作業系統版本、語言等裝置資料
• 廣告互動資料（例如廣告曝光及點擊）及診斷資料

如你喺系統彈出視窗揀「要求 App 不要追蹤」，或喺「設定 › 私隱與保安 › 追蹤」關閉權限，App 只會顯示非個人化廣告。詳情請參閱 Google 私隱權政策及 Google 如何使用合作夥伴網站或應用程式嘅資料。

3. 第三方服務

App 可能使用 Apple 提供嘅服務（例如 App Store 購買、iCloud），有關資料受 Apple 私隱政策約束。

部分 App（例如 oPad）會顯示天氣、股價等資訊，需要向第三方數據供應商查詢；查詢只會包含顯示資訊所需嘅內容（例如城市或股票代號），唔會包含你嘅個人身份資料。

如 App 要求存取日曆、位置等裝置權限，有關資料只會喺你嘅裝置上用嚟顯示相關資訊（例如日程、本地天氣），我們唔會將其上傳到自己嘅伺服器。你可以隨時喺「設定」關閉有關權限。

4. 兒童私隱

App 並非專為 13 歲以下兒童而設，我們亦不會在知情下收集兒童嘅個人資料。如你認為我們誤收咗兒童資料，請聯絡我們，我們會盡快刪除。

5. 資料保留及保安

我們只會喺達成上述目的所需嘅期間內保留資料，並採取合理措施保護資料。儲存喺你裝置上嘅內容，刪除 App 時會一併移除。

6. 你嘅權利

根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》及其他適用法例，你有權查閱、更正或要求刪除我們所持有關於你嘅個人資料。如有需要，請電郵 info@indielabshk.com。

7. 政策更新

我們可能不時更新本政策，更新後會喺本頁公佈並修改生效日期。

Privacy Policy (English)

IndieLabs HK ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy applies to our mobile apps published on the Apple App Store, including oPad and Geno (the "Apps"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Content you create in the Apps is stored on your device (or in your own iCloud account) unless stated otherwise. We do not have access to it.
• Information you send us, such as your email address and message when you contact support, is used only to respond to you.
• We do not require an account and we do not sell your personal data.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some Apps display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process the following to deliver, measure and (with your consent) personalise ads:

• Device identifiers such as the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking via App Tracking Transparency
• IP address and approximate location
• Device information such as model, OS version and language
• Ad interaction data (impressions and clicks) and diagnostics

If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", or turn tracking off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, only non-personalised ads will be shown. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

3. Third-party services

The Apps may use Apple services (such as App Store purchases and iCloud), which are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Some Apps (such as oPad) display information like weather and stock prices fetched from third-party data providers. These requests contain only what is needed to show the information (for example a city or ticker symbol) and do not include your personal identity.

If an App asks for device permissions such as Calendar or Location, that data is used on your device only to display related information (for example your schedule or local weather) and is not uploaded to our servers. You can turn these permissions off at any time in Settings.

4. Children's privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it. Content stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.

6. Your rights

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other applicable laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@indielabshk.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
